Labour is billed at $65 per hour using industry-standard labour times. This means labour charges are based on established repair times rather than the actual time spent, providing fair and consistent pricing.

A call out fee of $20 is applied to jobs 50km and further.

Before any work begins, you'll receive a written estimate outlining the expected labour and parts costs. No repairs are performed without your approval.

Diagnostics

Parts Policy

Customers are welcome to supply their own parts.

If you'd rather have me source the parts, I can order quality replacement parts from trusted suppliers. Business-supplied parts include a 15% markup to cover sourcing, handling, and warranty support.

Please note that labour related to defective or incorrect customer-supplied parts is not currently covered under warranty.

Services Not Currently Offered

To provide the best possible service, some work is outside the scope of my mobile business.

The following services are not currently offered:

  • Body and collision repairs

  • Tire mounting and balancing

  • Wheel alignments

  • High-voltage EV and hybrid electrical system repairs

  • Repairs requiring specialized shop equipment that cannot safely be performed on-site
